Financial Wellbeing

At St Julien Financial Planning, we are passionate about helping businesses support the financial wellbeing of their employees. We believe everyone should have access to high-quality financial education, guidance, and advice in a way that is accessible, practical, and easy to understand.

We work closely with employers to create tailored financial wellbeing programmes that place employees at the centre of everything we do. Our goal is to help people build confidence in their finances, reduce money-related stress, and create stronger financial futures for themselves and their families.

Our commitment to financial wellbeing is underpinned by academic research. We conducted our own study into how employers can support the financial wellbeing of their workforce, which contributed to Phil Williams being awarded a Master's degree in Finance. Using these insights, we design bespoke programmes for each of our corporate clients.

Our support can include interactive workshops delivered either in person or online, complemented by individual guidance sessions for employees who would benefit from additional support.
